The name basically says it all, 2 ingredients, 1 blender, 5 minutes and you’re done!

I love the simplicity of this recipe and how two “real” foods can make something so tasty.

They’re extremely practical and contain no nuts, making them a great sweet treat (and energy boost) for school lunch boxes. 

They're also great for most intolerances and allergies including nut, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat and egg. 

Plus they're not too messy to make, easy to roll and would be great for food prep too!

Coconut & Date Logs
The name basically says it all, 2 ingredients, 1 blender, 5 minutes and you’re done! They’re also extremely practical and are suitable for a range of intolerances and allergies including nut, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat and egg. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (approximately 4 - 5) fresh dates, pitted
  • 1 cup coconut, desiccated (or shredded)
Instructions
1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until the two ingredients have combined. 2. Roll into approximately 6 “logs” and enjoy straight away or store in the fridge.
