I love the simplicity of this recipe and how two “real” foods can make something so tasty.
They’re extremely practical and contain no nuts, making them a great sweet treat (and energy boost) for school lunch boxes.
They're also great for most intolerances and allergies including nut, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat and egg.
Plus they're not too messy to make, easy to roll and would be great for food prep too!
