I LOVE berries, well I love all fruit, but berries are one of those fruits that I have alllll the time. I have them on my porridge, muesli, yogurt and even as a snack.
Berries are high in antioxidants, compounds which act as body guards for our cells and help protect them from damage.
This salad keeps well in the fridge and although the berries soften, they make an AWESOME topping for yogurt.
As it's summer here in Aus, that means berries are in season but frozen berries are a great option as well.
note: you can use any 4 punnets of berries that you like.
